About the Founder
SFGE India is founded by Subikash Roy who has more than 4 decades of rich experience in running and transforming manufacturing businesses.
He has worked in various multinationals like Bosch, CY-Myutec, Federal Mogul, MACE, and Schaeffler Groups in India and abroad.
He has exposure to various areas of manufacturing like Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Product Development etc. He has worked in various capacities both in India and abroad as Plant and Operational head to handling total businesses of multiple plants across various countries in the APAC region.
He has been involved in teaching Lean concepts at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University under the CLGO-MIT program. He has been a member of the Lean Six Sigma Institute in China and has been writing blogs and articles on Lean Manufacturing techniques.
